More directions/tips: Given that we have 16 acres and limited phone access, your best first stop is the kitchen area as that’s the most likely place to find people. As you drive the 3 miles or so down Dripping Springs Rd from Hwy 77, you’ll first pass our neighbor Walter’s place, where you’ll see pecan trees, peacocks and a cow or two. Follow the road as it bends to the right. Wind Spirit begins on the right, right after the next cattle guard. You’ll see a blue mailbox and a couple of parking spaces. Please park and come on in. The kitchen is the structure closest to the gate you will have just entered. If no one is in the kitchen, you can either wander on down the path that parallels the road to find someone or you can bang the air tank gong hanging outside behind the kitchen…on your left after exiting the building. Your cell phone service is patchy even once you get south of Globe. Sometimes people are able to get coverage at Walter’s place, just before reaching us. If you like, you can call us at (520) 201-1075 as you exit that road. If we’re inside and near the phone, we’ll answer and be alerted that you have almost arrived.
